Terms of use.

1. Acceptance
By signing up for or using QCall.ai (“Service”), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
QCall.ai provides AI voice-agent software for outbound, inbound, and automated phone workflows, plus related APIs and dashboards. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to (a) place calls without required consent, (b) violate TRAI, TCPA, GDPR, or applicable do-not-call regulations, (c) impersonate a real person without authorisation, (d) harass or defraud recipients, or (e) reverse-engineer our models or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. Payment and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage overages are charged at the end of the billing cycle. The Unlimited plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee from first activation. Pay-as-you-go minutes are non-refundable once consumed.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Service, models, and software. You retain all rights to content you upload, including voice clone sources, call recordings, and transcripts. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.
6. Warranties and uptime
The Service is provided “as is.” Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits as the sole remedy for downtime. We do not warrant that AI output will be free of error.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.
8. Termination and changes
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days written notice. We may change these terms with 30 days advance notice to workspace admins; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Governing law is the Republic of India; venue is Bengaluru.
